Today we’re singing happy (online) birthday to REDjuvenate.com and chatting with REDjuvenate’s marketing director, Keli Frentzos.
REDjuvenate is a first of its kind red-light therapy center located in Pittsburgh, PA offering light therapy treatments for people looking for quicker muscle recovery, ease of chronic pain, and a boost in energy and wellness. As a startup, they came to brandiD for branding and business strategy, including the creation of the look and feel of their brand, identifying their ideal client groups, and a way to position themselves in an overly crowded wellness market. Additionally, they needed a website that showcased their new brand, along with marketing collaterals, PR, and social media strategy to gain the exposure it needed to launch.
Happy (online) birthday, REDjuvenate! We’d love to share a bit about your experience with our readers. Keli, tell us, what was the main problem you were facing prior to working with brandiD?
We needed to narrow down our customer profile and we also needed to brand ourselves and understand how to gain exposure for our brand.
What did you enjoy most about the process of working with the brandiD team?
We enjoyed the entire experience. The brandiD team was very easy to work with, the communication was seamless, and they were as accepting of our ideas as we were of theirs. It truly was a team effort.
What would you tell others about working with the brandiD team?
brandiD gave us a home. With lots of brainstorming and the layering of bricks, our home is now built and starting to fill up. It takes time to create and raise a family and brandiD certainly helped us start one! So, thank you!
