Lida Citroën is a multi-hyphenate maven specializing in executive coaching, personal branding, and reputation management. For over 20 years, she’s worked with professionals worldwide to take control of their image and intentionally shape the way they’re perceived by the people who matter to them.
First, we just want to wish you a happy birthday, Lida! Can you tell us a bit about what you partnered with brandiD on?

What was the main challenge your brand/business was facing prior to working with brandiD?
Our website needed fresh content, a new tone, and look. As we’ve become more focused in on the types of clients we work best with, our website needed to reflect their needs and voice.
Our website previously was “good” but we knew it could be “great” and that’s why we sought out brandiD.
What were you most looking to get out of partnering with brandiD?
Initially, we were looking for fresh eyes on our business and goals. We sought out new design and direction for the site and, given brandiD’s reputation and track record, we knew they were the right partner to help us grow our brand online.
What did you uncover about your brand/business while working with brandiD?
