Dr. Faith Washington is a psychologist who works with clients who are acclimating to life and career transitions, interested in improving their communication skills, and keen on exploring effective ways to achieve more work-life balance. She came to brandiD looking for a way to broaden her brand to include leadership coaching, as well as create a website and personal brand that showcased her skills, personality, and authenticity.
Happy (online) birthday, Faith! We’d love to share a bit about your experience with our readers. Tell us, what was the main problem you were facing prior to working with brandiD?
I had not fully invested the time to roll out a professional website and was not marketing to the audience I really wanted to work with. I was relying on word of mouth referrals.
What were you most looking to get out of partnering with brandiD?
I needed brand experts to provide me with the structure and guidance to develop my website.
What did you enjoy most about the process of working with the brandiD team?
I really enjoyed the self-discovery process and working with great members of the brandiD team. Everyone was encouraging and inspiring along the way.
We know it’s early, but what results have you seen from working with brandiD?
I’ve seen increased traffic to the website—and an increase in confidence about the future of my business.
What would you tell others about working with the brandiD team?
It was a great experience. brandiD gave me the structure I needed to finally get my website done. Not only did they take the time to get to know me and my vision for my company, but they also held me accountable while encouraging me to trust the process. I love the outcome, and I am excited to work with the team on future projects.
It’s your internet birthday…how do you feel and what’s your favorite way to celebrate?
I feel proud—and I love to celebrate by going out to dinner.
