The PB concierge role works with our lead strategist / company founder and our senior web manager to help our innovative, thought-leader clients breakthrough their own limiting beliefs, or, limiting geographic service area to expand their personal brand and business brand to the world using the power of the Internet.

We’re looking for a key player like you to join our small, but mighty web services team, while we work to bring good into this world, site by site. You should be an experienced online worker bee with a knack for details, love for customer service and an interest in growth, innovation and staying ahead of the curve.

We’re a female-led, cutting-edge team of experts in branding, design, development, and copywriting interested in achieving one goal: Making the web more personal.

Our wide array of soulful and spirited clients include entrepreneurs, small business owners, innovators, and thought-leaders focused on making a real difference in the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Confidence in your ability to provide excellent service to our clients and our team
• A sixth sense of reading, understanding people. Does the word empath ring a bell?
• 2+ years customer service experience (the more, the better and ideally online)
• Basic WordPress Knowledge – ability to do minor edits on WordPress websites
• Self-starter, proactive and self-sufficient (hand-holding isn’t our thing) team player
• A detail-oriented, trustworthy personality (think Captain America, cape optional)
• High-level communication skills that include humor, fun, and good (or bad) jokes – points if you make us LOL, or ROTFL
• Work within time allowed to deliver tasks in accordance with defined requirements, schedules, and deadlines
• Strong writing skills.
• An experienced design eye.
• Willingness to follow a process to the T and the follow through to make sure we get to the end of the rainbow.
• Have a working style that fits within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Working hours of daylight Eastern or Central time zones (preferred) 
• Desire to learn new tools and programs
• Strong knowledge and experience with software programs like Basecamp, Harvest App (time tracking) and Slack.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media and GSuite
• Open to self-improvement, learning, and development
• Desire to grow into a long-term role at the brandiD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling and Calendar Management
• Personal Branding process follow through – working directly with our Founder CEO on branding assignments
• Proactively following up with our clients
• File Management (organizing files using Google Drive etc)
• CRM organization and maintenance (eg. updating email or contact lists on our CRM inside Active Campaign)
• Research on certain topics for the developers, blog posts, newsletters etc.
• Purchases (Stock photography, gifts for clients for the holidays etc)
• Manage our Blog and publish provided content (currently rare)
• Inbox management – answering random email requests and/or forwarding requests on to the appropriate channels.

TIME COMMITMENT:

• Up to 20 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

BONUS!

• Worked in an agency environment.
• Basic knowledge of e-marketing techniques, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign – ability to implement is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of website concepts and best practices for online marketing.
