We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager (DPM) to join our mighty web services team and serve our A-level clients—thought leaders, disruptors, and innovators—as they build their businesses and expand their digital footprint.
The DPM is a key member of the brandiD team and has the day-to-day responsibility of running multiple projects, with a focus on smooth, efficient delivery and impeccable client care. Your zone of genius should include effective project set-up, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, quality assurance, and project traffic management.

Requirements (absolute necessities to be a member of our team):
- At least 4 years of experience in digital project management at a creative agency
- Intermediate WordPress knowledge and a keen eye for web UX
- Self-starter, proactive, self-sufficient (hand-holding isn’t our thing), and team player
- A detail-oriented, trustworthy personality (think Captain America, cape optional)
- Understand the principles and ingredients of a great website and online marketing, both from the inside and outside
- High-level communication skills and writing skills
- A passion for and an ability to work with a high-energy, fast-paced distributed team
- Working hours of daylight Eastern or Central time zones (preferred).
Role + Responsibilities:
Our DPM is the main point of contact throughout branding and web projects at the brandiD. You’re the client’s superhero who guides them through our tried and true web process, moving with efficiency and ease. Clients will look to you for scope, timeline, budget, creative, and tech communication delivered thoughtfully and concisely. Simultaneously, you’ll be managing and delegating to the internal team. And you’ll do it all with a smile because you’re a fierce integrator at heart!

- Manage various types of digital projects for multiple accounts
- Maintain oversight of work pipeline for creative and development teams
- Develop & deliver project estimates and manage scope adjustments accordingly
- Keep work streams flowing through the unpredictable availability of clients
- Frequently assess the timeline and financial impact of changes and communicate to clients
