- Personal Branding for the Executive Director which included writing a new bio for the website and LinkedIn, creating a custom Key Note presentation, and a personal brand growth plan
- In depth Communications, Research and Messaging Project for the Future Foundation and it's Board
In 2017, the nonprofit I lead launched an audacious strategic plan. One of the goals of the plan included positioning the organization as a leader in the work we do. The first step I took to support the goal was to define my own personal branding strategy. I scoured the web for research and the perfect person to help me build a brand for myself. After a lengthy search, I came across Rachel and brandiD.
Rachel has a distinctive approach to executing personal branding. She was incredibly thorough in making sure that I understood the process and most importantly that we gained a deep understanding of the personal contributions I make as a leader and what drives me to make those contributions. The most impressive thing about Rachel is how she then translates all the information gathered into tangible items like a website, LinkedIn profile, speech, workshop, or bio that translated into my unique personal brand.
Days after I posted the LinkedIn profile my brandiD copywriter created for me, I was asked to do a national keynote. From there, I’ve graced the cover of a magazine, received countless job interview opportunities and have been featured in national publications. I’ve also received hundreds of messages from people about how my story inspires them to live a purpose driven life. My personal brand and my organization’s awareness has been significantly increased by the personal branding plan and tools Rachel and her team helped me create.
