We had our design in hand, but we needed professional WordPress developers to code the site. As we were already on the Studiopress infrastructure it made sense that we go with a development team that knew it through and through. Brand iD was able to take our design and code it beautifully. I am blown away with the final product from brandiD. Their design process for creating a website that totally represents me was very different than any other company I researched. I came to brandiD because I wanted a vibrant website that was both elegant and accessible; I ended up getting that, but also so much more. Working with Rachel on the personal branding program (which, truth be told, I wasn’t sure I needed at first) not only helped me clarify what I wanted in a website, it also shaped the way I write, edit, and even think about my writing. This experience changed the way I view my work and myself—and the expert web design and social media coaching enabled me to communicate that new vision to readers and colleagues. The thing I most appreciate about Rachel and her team is how thoughtful and responsive they are. In the development stage Rachel was very generous with her time and ideas, giving me resources and asking sharp questions that helped me figure out how I wanted to focus the site. But even once the site was up and we were in the maintenance phase, everyone is super-responsive when I have a need or question relating to the web site. It almost feels like having an IT and marketing team for my business of one!
When I started our web design project with brandiD I was more than a little skeptical that the job would be done on time and that all of the parts of the project would be done well. In my last ten or so web design projects my experience was web designers never do what they say they're going to do. So, I wasn't prepared for the great experience that brandiD provided me.
They did everything when they said they were going to do it. They brought the project in for our agreed upon budget and they were a total pleasure to work with. I can tell you that as we continue to work on our website and design new sites for different offerings we'll be working with Rachel and her group. I can't give them a high enough recommendation.

I obviously come from a sports background so for me brandiD was just that, a very positive “team” experience. Rachel was an awesome “head coach” managing this project and she has clearly recruited a talented group of people that make up “team brandiD.” To me, the way you know you are working with good people through an intense project, full of many details is when you emerge from the project feeling like you actually enjoyed the process and I can say with all my heart, I truly enjoyed the process with Rachel and her entire staff. All of them are talented, friendly and provide great customer service. Rachel Gogos, the boss, the head coach was amazing to work with. She is smart, well organized, works hard, communicates very well with her clients and she just has a wonderful demeanor. She is pleasant, patient and my favorite…she has a sense of humor!
The other wonderful by-product of a well-managed project with a talented team of people is it builds your self-confidence. I had the opportunity to do things I have never done before and I learned A LOT in the process. I am very proud of all we have done together to create True North Sports. I find myself wishing we all lived closer together so we could go out and celebrate our success together!
Overall, the project was a lot of work but in reality it felt like play! It was fun, I grew in the process and I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team to anyone.

When I first met Rachel Gogos, I was taking her workshop on personal branding. I knew within the first 10 minutes that I had to hire her, she amazed me!
